Conduit Sentinel is a governance practice operated by Conduit488 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website, sentinel.conduit488.ai. It does not cover client engagements — those are governed by the engagement terms and data processing arrangements agreed with each client.

This website has no accounts, no forms and no tracking. We collect personal data in two limited ways:

• When you email us — your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps towards an engagement (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To operate and secure the website (legitimate interests, Art 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Only the service providers needed to run the site and our email — including our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted. Technical logs are retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and operations.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your personal data (access);
• correct it (rectification) or delete it (erasure);
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• provide it in a portable format.

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
